Additionally, we can manufacture FDA approved products and our primary materials (PZT's and BaTIO) all meet DoD STD-1376 requirements. Our BaTIO is lead free, our raw materials are assayed, and our powder lots are made and tested to the DoD standard.
Piezo by Graco's founder, Jack Gray, was a member of the committee that wrote the standards for Type I-Type VI piezoelectric materials. If required Graco will supply data showing performance against drawing requirements as well as C of C's. Our testing is completed on common impedance analyzers and other diagnostic equipment for many properties including but not limited to: Capacitance, Fa/Fr, Kp. D33, and Z.
