Graco has been an industry leading supplier of piezoelectric products for over 30 years. We offer many shapes including but not limited to: rings, bars, cylinders, rods, plates, bimorphs, unimorphs, spheres, blocks, focal bowls, tubes, WAE, tangenial tubes, and tonpilz stacks.
Piezoceramic Rings

Washer shaped piezo with electrodes on the flat surfaces- Sizes from 3mm to 100mm OD.
Rods

Solid cylindrical shape with a length to diameter ratio of less than 2-1. Sizes from 1-50mm in diameter.
Tangential Tubes

Geometrically is the same as a tube, however, the electrodes are stripes wrapping around the OD and ID.
WAE

Wrap Around Electrode used for wiring on one surface on almosr any shape.
Carbon Fiber Bimorph

Similar to a standard bimorph but constructed with carbon fiber for strength.

Hemisphere
Bowl shaped part with an area of 1/2 sphere or less. Sizes range from 12.7mm-100mm.
Assemblies

Added value products such as wired and/or mounted piezos, stacks, transducers, and sensors built to custom specs.
Discs

Round piezo with diameters from 1mm-150mm that are electroded on the flat surfaces.
Bars

Rectangular piezo with an area of one side being significantly larger than the other sides.
Plates

Rectangle is shape having a length and width up to 100mm and thickness of 0.10-50mm.
Spheres

Two half spheres bonded together with or without pre-amp. Sizes from 12.7-100mm.

Unimorph
Thin disc glued to a metal plate generally used in piezo buzzers and beepers.
Focal Bowl

Hemispheres that are made and used for High Focused Ultrasound.
Tonpilz Stacks

A stack of 2 or more rings or discs with a rear mass and front horn. Used in ultrasonic applications.
Blocks

Square or large thick rectangular piezo. Available in sizes from 2mm square to 100mm long.
Tubes

A cylindrical part with electrodes on the OD and ID. The ID is generally polled positive. Sizes range from 3mm-100mm.
